Simply Hot Mug Shot! (Blogfest)

Erica and Christy are hosting a Simply Hot Mug Shot Blogfest today. This one is quick and easy. And I do believe my secret is now out--the one about what a scatterbrained fiction writer I am. ;) I signed up for their blogfest twice and both times I entered my name wrong! LOL!

Hey, at least my kids are fed. Seems I get so preoccupied with my stories that I forget stuff all the time. Anyone else out there have this problem???

Anyway, the idea of the blogfest is to share a pic of our very most favorite coffee mug. That's it! So check mine out below, then hop on over to blogfest HDQ at Erica's and Christy's and check out the other entries.

This is mine:

I say "Good Grief!" all the time, so this mug is just perfect for me. I say it when I watch the news, while I'm working (I work from home), while I'm trying to get kids ready for school. Sometimes I give ol' Charlie a little wink, 'cause I know just how he feels. GOOD GRIEF!!

SO what about you? What's your fave mug look like? And does being a dedicated fiction writer make you scatterbrained? Please tell me I'm not the only one out there. ;) Happy Thursday!

CHARLIE BROWN!!! I'm loving this mug! Might be my favorite so far!!!

You are most certainly the only scatterbrained person on the blog or a fiction writer. I'm in that pile as well. Sometimes I own it, other times I wish it would leave for a minute so I can iron things out. Either way my husband loves my craziness and at least someoen understands it!

LOVE Charlie Brown! I need a fave mug. When I reach for a mug, I reach for anything in my cupboard that's clean. :-)

Love Charlie Brown. I have a Snoopy one where he's off to fight the Red Baron. It keeps my pens, etc since I don't like to drink anything hot. Weird, I know. My caffeine source comes from iced lattes, iced tea and soda.

I know what you mean about scattered brains. My family just laughs and shakes their heads.

Good grief! What does it say about me that I love a "glass" mug. Okay one of them has snow flakes and that's nice. My favorte is a glass mug with a railroad train (Erie Lackawana) going around. Don't think I could enter your blog fest since you would not be able to "see" the etched pictures in the glass.

About being a scattered brain, I have turned it into a science. I defy anyone to say that my disorganized organization isn't the work of a genius. I'm also left handed :)

Love it! I have a habit of collecting coffee cups. Or maybe its just that I like searching for the biggest one so I don't have to get up so much(sad). Scatterbrained? Palease, I have so got it together over here. Wait, what were we talking about. ;)

Very nice! And yes, I'm frighteningly scatterbrained sometimes. I guess that tends to happen when the world inside one's mind distracts from the world outside it.

I have an "Are you afraid of the BIG BAD Mary Sue" mug and a mug I got in Cambridge with the crests of all the colleges.

My favorite mug is an extra large one because I just can't get enough tea. As far as being scatterbrained, OMG I'm the worst. I'm always forgetting things. Sometimes I try to put the milk away in the cupboard. I think my kids think I'm crazy some days.

Great mug. Probably the only classic comic strip I like (before my generation).

Charlie Brown! Yes, I am extremely scatter brained but sounds like you've got a handle on the important things (kids being fed).

Yes. I am the model of a scatterbrained writer. My secret is post-it notes. LOTS of post-it notes!

Charlie Brown is the best. At Christmas my favorite lines are from Charlie Brown's Christmas "Any packages for pretty little girls?"

Great mug! Charlie's a classic. And I'm totally scatter-brained, although I'd prefer to think of myself as creatively scattered ~ :)

Don't feel bad. Sometimes I forget to feed the kids, I'm so busy with my writing. ;)

Good ol' Charlie Brown. Such a loveable loser. ut when the Peanuts grow up he may be the most successful of the bunch. Or a mass murderer. it'll be one extreme or the other.
